Why this exists
Renting out your property can be daunting. The compliance checks, advertising your place, scheduling viewings, verifying the eligibility of tenants. These are administrative tasks which take up your precious time, and the rules sit across four government bodies with no single place that puts them in order.
Renvae is software for Singapore landlords who let their own place. It keeps the calls that matter with the owner (the rent, the tenant, the signature) while the software does the admin: the listing, the scheduling, the eligibility rules, the receipts, the renewal dates.
Beyond the letting process, it tracks the rent as it arrives and keeps the tenancy's records in order. The burst pipe at 2am and the faulty air conditioner in the peak of noon go into the maintenance diary, dated and documented, so nothing depends on memory later.

The listing, the channel copy, the schedule, the receipts, the renewal dates. Admin is exactly what software is for.
Free means free
The compliance rules and rent figures need no signup and stay free for good. And tenants never pay us anything.

Daylen Chang
Co-founder · data, research and the writing
Daylen works on what Renvae publishes. He maintains the quarterly pipelines that pull HDB and URA rent figures from data.gov.sg, writes the guides and traces each rule back to the authority that issued it, and writes the site. If a number here names its source, its period and the date it was last checked, that is his standard.
