Renvae is software for landlords who let their own place. Some of what we have built is just as useful to an agent working their own rentals — so if you want to use it, ask, and we will tell you honestly what is ready.
What there is
- Listing media pack
- A shot and graded set of photos for a unit, delivered ready to post. The one thing here with a real cost and a real queue.
- Viewing scheduler
- Requests arrive as time slots and you approve the times that suit you. It holds no name, photo or nationality, and it does not score or rank anyone — there is nowhere in the record to put that.
- Listing + syndication tools
- One set of details about a unit, turned into per-channel copy you post yourself, from your own account, with a record of where each version went.
No prices here yet — we have not set them, and quoting a number we have not decided would waste your time and ours.
What we do not do
We do not give you leads, referrals or introductions.
Not to landlords, not to tenants, not for a fee and not for a share. We are a software company and we intend to stay one.
We do not sell client access today.
Buying seats to pass on to your own clients is a real question and people have asked — but it is not something we sell right now. Tell us anyway; we are counting.
We are not a licensed estate agency and never act as one.
Anything you list stays yours, under your own licence and your own registration number.
