Three prices, and one of them is nothing.
Free is permanent and needs no card. Let is a one-off for the weeks you are letting the place. Manage is a subscription for the year after someone moves in — and you cannot use it until someone has, which is why they are sold one after the other rather than as a bundle.
Nothing is charged today. Signing up is free and we will ask for a card when billing opens, with notice first.

A dash means that product is not for that job, not that it was withheld — Manage does not write listing copy because the place is already let.
The questions a price raises
Is Let a subscription?
No. It is S$15 once, for one letting. If you let the same place again in two years, you buy it again then — there is nothing running in between and nothing to cancel.
Why is Manage priced per account?
Because most landlords have one flat, and charging per property would earn nothing on the majority while penalising exactly the landlords with three. One price covers up to 3.
What happens if I stop paying?
The Manage tools stop. Your own records — tenancies, rent history, receipts, documents — stay readable and exportable. We do not lock up a landlord's records to collect a payment.
Does my tenant pay anything?
No. Never, at any point, for any reason — no viewing fee, no application fee, no booking fee. If anyone asks your tenant for money in our name, it did not come from us.
Can I use the free tier forever?
Yes. It is not a trial and it does not run out. The letting checklist and the rent figures will never sit behind a payment.
When do I actually get charged?
Not yet. We are not taking payments until our company registration completes. We will ask for a card when billing opens and tell you before we do.
