Paid once, per letting — the price is set before we start, and it does not change with your rent or with whether the place lets.

We agree a time on WhatsApp or a call. You tidy; that is genuinely all the staging there is.

The photographer shoots the unit — every room that rents the place, in real light.

You get the edited set, sized for Carousell, Facebook and the groups, dropped straight into your listing record.
Edited, never invented
We grade for light and colour. We do not stage what is not there, remove defects, or generate rooms — a tenant who arrives at your door should recognise the place from the photos. That is also why there are no sample photographs here yet: we show real shoots of real units, and yours could be the first.
