Signing up is free and nothing is charged today. We will ask for a card when billing opens, and we will tell you before we do.
What Let is not
We do not advertise your property — you do, from your own accounts, with your name on the post. We never find, screen, rank or recommend a tenant, and we never speak to one on your behalf. There is nowhere in the software to score a person, and that is deliberate rather than unbuilt.
