The Singapore landlord toolkit · rent

The ledger keeps score,
so you never have to ask twice.

Rent comes in on PayNow, the ledger records it, the receipt goes out, and the running record stays straight — the part that usually lives in a banking app's scrollback. When a month runs late, there are grace days before anything is said at all.

We never charge your tenant anything — no fee, no deposit handling, nothing. The questions landlords ask

How it works

A month has four states. The ledger knows which one it is in.

Recorded, receipted

Mark a month paid and the receipt is ready to send — dated, numbered, consistent. The record builds itself into the history you want at renewal time.

Late, with grace

A late month does not start a fight. The ledger holds its tongue for the grace days you set, because most late rent is a long weekend, not a problem.

The nudge you forward

Past grace, a polite reminder is drafted — and you forward it. It arrives from you, in your words, in the chat you already share with your tenant.

Why we never message your tenant

The relationship is yours — that is the whole model. Software that talks to your tenant behind you stops being your software. Everything this page describes is drafted for you and sent by you.

Tell us about your place

We are working with a small first group of Singapore landlords. Tell us what you are letting, and we will take it from there.

You stay the landlord

You keep the relationship with your tenant, start to finish.

No commission

Nothing is charged to whoever ends up renting your place, either.

If it is not a fit

If the software is not right for your situation, we will say so.

We will not add you to a mailing list.
