“Is it near a bus stop?”
This is everything we hold about it. No name, no photo, no nationality, nothing scored or ranked. You are choosing a time, not a person.
The Singapore landlord toolkit · viewings
Share your available slots. Interested tenants pick one and you approve or decline — no phone tag, and no one arranging your calendar but you. A request holds a time and a question. No name, no photo, no nationality, nothing scored.
Part of the free listing toolkit — it is the feature that sends your tenants viewing links, so it stays free for everyone.

“Is it near a bus stop?”
This is everything we hold about it. No name, no photo, no nationality, nothing scored or ranked. You are choosing a time, not a person.
The same queue the dashboard runs. Try it — nothing is saved.
How it works
You set the times you are willing to show the place. A tenant picks from what you offered — nobody proposes Tuesday 9pm at you over three messages.
Requests queue for you. Approved slots get the address; declined ones get nothing. Every decision is yours — the software never accepts on your behalf.
Confirmations, reschedules and day-before reminders are prepared as WhatsApp messages you send yourself, and viewings land in your own calendar as a feed.
What a request holds — and what it cannot
A time, and optionally a question. That is the whole record. No name, no photo, no nationality — so nothing can be ranked, scored or filtered, by us or by anyone. You meet people at the viewing, the way a landlord does.
We are working with a small first group of Singapore landlords. Tell us what you are letting, and we will take it from there.
You stay the landlord
You keep the relationship with your tenant, start to finish.
No commission
Nothing is charged to whoever ends up renting your place, either.
If it is not a fit
If the software is not right for your situation, we will say so.
We will not add you to a mailing list.
